Had a great experience with Wayne for a pre-purchase inspection.

He organised everything directly with the dealer, got the inspection done the very next day, and was extremely thorough. He lifted the car, checked everything underneath, took it for a proper test drive, and walked me through all the details straight after over the phone.

The report he sent through was clear and detailed, he sent photos, which made it easy to understand what needed attention and gave me confidence going into negotiations.

Wayne was also very communicative, respectful, and easy to deal with the whole way through. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and actually cares about doing a proper job.

I had two vehicles inspected before purchase and was blown away by Wayne's professionalism and thoroughness. As I was purchasing interstate and unable to physically inspect the cars myself, Wayne walked me through his plan, and delivered same-day reports with clear photos and videos, severity ratings, and prioritised recommendations. For the first car, Wayne uncovered issues the dealer had not disclosed, which saved me from a costly purchase. The second vehicle checked out with only minor maintenance items which the dealer agreed to fix.

Communication was excellent, zero pressure, and completely unbiased. Wayne checked everything top to bottom - test drive, electronics, tyres/brakes, hail damage. Thanks to Wayne, I potentially saved $18k on a risky buy. Wayne picked up on many things I never noticed, he couldn't of been more thorough. Wayne was more than happy to chat to me on the phone for 35 minutes going through the ins and outs of the vehicle. He had an amazing amount of knowledge not only on mechanics but also the specific vehicle I was looking at. Well worth the money!
